How the coaching process works

We’ll begin the process by examining what you want you need and what you want to accomplish. We’ll then work to match your strengths with behaviors and practices drawn from behavioral research. We’ll also try to understand patterns that might not be obvious that could be used more effectively to achieve your goals.
