Lucy Garrick

I help my clients to become more effective and vital in their jobs, organizations, communities, and lives. I am also a managing partner in Sound ConneXions, a nonprofit focused on education and services for social innovation.

I work with you as a partner to identify the most appropriate tools, training and processes that will help you achieve the outcomes you desire. I focus on coaching my clients to think critically about the present, plan effectively for the future, develop leadership capacity at all levels, to address tensions and improve communications.

I draw on over 30 years as a manager and leader who has walked in your shoes.

Our work together will likely include:

  • Project plans designed to address your organizational needs, schedule and budget.
  • Facilitation, teaching and one-to-one coaching to engage stakeholders and provide guidance to address current issues and build knowledge and expertise that you can use once our work together is complete.
